Cangelosi is a member and director for Dance Masters of America Chapter 3 Texas where the company students participate in their yearly dance conventions, scholarships and competitions.
Cangelosi Dance Project is a Traditional Dance School and Company offering a performing arts dance education in classical ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary and tumbling.
Each discipline is taught and guided using the official Dance Masters of America (DMA) codified vocabulary booklet.
Instruction on correct body positioning, placement, use of terms from the dance vocabulary booklet, wearing the proper attire per class and artistic discipline in the classroom is presented in each class.
Our students participate yearly in the CDP Select Dance Showcases, Annual CDP Holiday Nutcracker held in December, CDP Dance Recital Shows held in the spring, master classes with guest artists, and informed of dance auditions for colleges and companies.
The company participates in additional dance conventions, and competitions that provide a positive and valued purpose to guide our students additional skills and performance opportunities.
